However the crunch to make people aware of our financial situation has meant we've spent a significant amount of time lately, talking about ourselves. Frankly that isn't where our passion lies. (okay well everyone is passionate about themselves to some degree, most people can talk about themselves for hours, actually). Our goals, our love, our passion, is in supporting Bible Translation, and seeing God's Word change people's lives for all of eternity!
So with that in mind, instead of spending our last 10 days talking only about our needs, we thought we'd spend it praising God, and giving Him the Glory.
So, let's kick it off, with Day 1:
10 Days of Praise: Day 1
Last week we told you that we were at 88% financed with $3000 more to raise in one time gifts.
Today I report we are at 98.2% of our monthly pledge goal, with ZERO more to raise in one time gifts!
God is awesome!
Last week we asked for prayer that Kendal's mom make it home from the hospital, and she is now home!
