| Some years ago I was asked to preach in front of a village church. If I stood on the stage, my head would hit the rafters and the bell, which was distracting people as I moved, so a man came up and put the podium in the dirt and to that's where I stood, on the floor. It got a chuckle from everyone, and they were VERY attentive. |
